Requirements For Applying House and Lot Package

Everyone wants to have their own house, well, who wouldn't? But what are the requirements for applying a house and lot package here in the Philippines?

I went to one of the subdivisions and asked how I can apply for one of their packages. And you need to have a:

1. Fully accomplished application form
2. Birth certificate or marriage certificate
3. Community tax certificate or cedula
4. Proof of Income (certificate of employment, ITR, Affidavit of income)
5. Proof of Billing (electric bill, water bill, cable, phone bill)
6. Picture
7. Valid Id

For OFW's and online workers, you can present an Affidavit of Income signed by a lawyer with attached remittances or your bank statement.
